Hi! I'm Stephanie.
My mission in life is to support people through life's challenges. I help my clients navigate changes, achieve their goals and break free from repeated, unhealthy patterns, so they can achieve lasting transformations and create the life they truly desire - no matter where they are in their journey.

I have experienced my own transformations, from conquering anxiety, improving my physical health and well-being, career shifting and finding purpose beyond empty-nesting. I'm dedicated to guiding others through their own journey. ​I believe that everyone deserves to be heard, supported, and empowered to take action toward the life they want. My goal is to help people make real, lasting changes, feel joy again, and live a fulfilling life.

What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching is a conversation like no other—one that helps you see yourself and your life in a whole new way. In our coaching sessions I will not give you advice or tell you what to do. My role is to listen deeply and ask you questions that will help you uncover what’s really holding you back, and what you need to move forward. Think about this: The only frame of reference you've had your entire life is your own mind, so its often difficult to see the gaps in your thinking or to challenge your own beliefs. That's where I come in. I'm your thinking partner. I will help you uncover what’s really holding you back and how to move forward. I will guide you to recognize patterns and limiting beliefs, I will help you reframe your thoughts, and gain clarity on what truly matters to you. Coaching is such a powerful tool. It motivates my clients and empowers them to make lasting changes and create a truly fulfilling life.
What to Expect in a Coaching Session
A typical coaching session lasts one hour and is guided by you. You set the agenda for each coaching session, focusing on what matters most to you in that moment. You’ll have a supportive, judgment-free space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges.

I will support you by listening to you and asking you questions that will help you gain new perspectives, uncover insights, and challenge any perceived beliefs. This will help you develop strategies for moving forward. Sometimes you'll gain clarity in the moment, and sometimes you'll discover things after our sessions when reflecting back on our time together. My clients often tell me they have big "ah-ha" moments in between our sessions, which is so powerful when working through change.

Coaching is a collaborative process—I’m here to guide and support you, but your growth depends on your commitment to the journey. Each session ends with action-oriented steps, chosen by you, to help create meaningful and lasting change in your life.

How long does a coaching engagement last?
Our time together can be as short as one session to gain clarity on a topic you need to talk to someone about, or several sessions together to work through more expansive goals. Its totally up to you how long you wish to engage my services. Once we meet to discuss your goals, I can recommend an engagement period suitable for your needs.
What is the difference between life coaching and therapy?
I like to think of it this way: Therapy is like looking in a rear view mirror. It helps you understand what you have been through and how it's affecting you today. It's similar to the process of unpacking and sorting through an old suitcase full of things from your past and deciding what to keep, what to leave behind, and what needs some mending. Coaching is like looking through the front door to your life. It helps you figure out where you want to go and what you want your future to look and feel like. Coaching helps you come up with the road map and the tools you need to get you there.

Both offer a safe, confidential, and powerful space to be heard, understood and supported.
